Fuji Xerox Australia Announces Acquisition of Upstream Print Solutions

 

Sydney, July 30th, 2010 – Fuji Xerox Australia has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Upstream Print Solutions, one of Australia’s leading managed print solutions providers. The acquisition would broaden Fuji Xerox Australia’s Managed Print Service offerings and accelerates their growth in the small to medium market. 

 

Upstream will operate as an autonomous subsidiary of Fuji Xerox Australia and will continue to maintain its capabilities in providing managed print solutions to the small to medium market. It will work in alignment with Fuji Xerox Australia’s existing small to medium dealer and agent distribution channels.

 

Nick Kugenthiran, managing director at Fuji Xerox Australia said, “Upstream has a unique business model and offers a good strategic fit which complements our business. We aim to maintain the value of Upstream’s brand and customer base using their current go-to-market model.”
