Every Upstream customer is invited to participate in our Customer Engagement Program – Mirrorwave. Twice a year we ask our customers to tell us how we’re doing.
Often, people complete customer satisfaction surveys without ever knowing what becomes of them. Did the company value my feedback? Did it change anything? The difference with Upstream is that participating customers know that their feedback is listened to and acted upon.
And we seek feedback from all parts of the companies we do business with. So no matter who you are, your views on our performance are important to us.
