Celebrating its 50th year of operation in Australia, Fuji Xerox Australia is the industry’s leading provider of integrated document services. The company is looking to expand its range of services across the managed print space and the acquisition of Upstream will broaden its offerings and accelerate its growth in the Australian business market.
The team at Upstream have worked tirelessly over the last 25 years to build it into the business it is today and it’s a measure of that success that a global brand name and market leader in our industry wanted to acquire us.
What does this mean for Upstream?
From the outside little will change. The values and culture that makes us who we are will remain and we’ll still be committed to providing the best level of service to our customers. Our independence, which has always been at the core of what we do still stands – we will continue to be device agnostic, meaning we will always recommend the right devices for your business. We will continue to have strong partnerships with Lexmark and HP and now have access to the market leader in devices, Fuji Xerox.
A change for the better.
What will change is our ability to develop and deliver new solutions, provide better financing options to our customers and grow the business. It will mean customers get even better levels of service from us while we lower cost, minimise administration, reduce their carbon footprint and enable them to print less.

Now, with the backing of a strong global partner, our goal is to be the most successful managed print solutions company in Australia. We will continue to operate independently and will continue to challenge the marketplace as we have always done.
