‘I started at Upstream in 2003 as a Billing Administrator. The next year, I was promoted to Contracts Administrator.

Next I asked to move from Finance into Customer Care, and soon after, I was promoted to Team Leader.

Then I got the opportunity to take on responsibility for managing not only Customer Care, but also Sales Support and Warehouse Operations.

Most recently, I took a year off to look after my new son and was looking for a chance to come back on a part-time basis. These days I’m working three days a week using my Upstream knowledge to support one of our executives. Its been an amazing journey’.
